Luca Fiorino

Short Bio:

I am Luca Fiorino, a Ph.D. student at the Max Planck Institute for Extraterrestrial Physics, working under the supervision of Dr. Esra Bulbul. My academic journey began at the University of Bologna, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Astronomy and a Master’s degree in Astrophysics and Cosmology. During this time, I developed a deep interest in Cosmology and the Large-Scale Structures of the Universe. Currently, I am part of the eROSITA Collaboration, and my research focuses on the scaling relations between the X-ray properties of galaxy clusters and groups and on deriving cosmological constraints from cluster number counts.
